"This is the worst company imaginable. They fail to pay on time, and weekends are spent doing manual labor on the base – changing tires, working on construction sites for the boss, or unloading mail. This company isn't even suitable for gaining experience."
"I do not recommend this company. You're constantly driving on poor roads and being cheated on pay. New drivers are particularly exploited, with significant discrepancies between expected and actual earnings. Only management benefits."
"After six months, the company requires drivers to change tires themselves, with no service support. Maintenance at the German base near Dortmund involves drivers working on their own and others' trucks. Trailers are in poor condition. The company has reduced its fleet size. Communication with the logistics coordinator is difficult, and payment is sometimes questionable. The work involves narrow, trash-filled routes and frequent loading/unloading, often with 9-12 straps. Some drivers reported three loads and unloads per day. Routes are short, with some metal hauling requiring extra straps and corner protection. One trip was a mere 7km. There's a clear favoritism system among drivers."
