"This company makes promises of great opportunities and a clear work system during hiring, but the reality is far from it. Trucks given to new drivers are mostly old, dating back to 2011. Getting weekends off is difficult; drivers are accustomed to being on the road for 3-4 weeks at a time, with only short periods (45 minutes) at home. Pay on Saturdays can vary widely, between 35 and 50 euros. There are fines and hidden expenses that are difficult to dispute. High turnover rates are common, with 20-30 people leaving each month out of 90 employees. The young director lacks experience, and delays at the base due to dispatch issues are frequent. There are trackers on the trucks."
"I completely agree. Getting paid for fines and expenses requires constant effort. Funds are deducted from a nonexistent personal account. Many experienced drivers are exploited with unauthorized devices and work in Europe, including loading/unloading. Drivers have virtually no weekends, with short breaks and then minimal pay. The fleet consists of vehicles in poor condition, often with over a million kilometers, unsuitable for travel beyond Poland. Drivers are sent on long routes. Time in Europe can range from a week to a month, and the pay structure disadvantages drivers, with deductions for Saturdays and Sundays resulting in significant losses."
"During the interview, they promised trucks no older than 3 years and routes to Europe. After paperwork, they offered a 2012 truck from the yard for runs to Russia, claiming a previous driver quit. The interior was trashed, filthy, and the trailer was damaged. When I asked about the condition, the mechanic suggested I clean it myself, which was met with a rude response. The manager said I needed to 'earn' the truck. A complete waste of time."
"Drivers are not treated with respect. Management consistently makes false promises, prioritizing fuel delivery to Lithuania over timely payments, sometimes delaying pay for over two weeks with a small bonus. There's high turnover among drivers, even experienced ones leave, and the company hires almost anyone with minimal experience. Since Pavel's arrival, the company has declined, with salaries decreasing. Responsibilities are shifted around, and there's no support after working hours."
