"Rostransport and SAP Spedition are the same company. They require drivers to meet kilometer quotas, or face deductions from their pay. The trucks and trailers are old and poorly maintained. Be cautious! There's a man named Ivan who is very close to the boss and reports directly to him, often adding his own input. Everything said in meetings is passed on, leading to further deductions from pay."
"This company is a scam. I was recruited through Facebook by a business partner, and the operation is fraudulent. Two individuals from Kherson deceive drivers, primarily those from Kherson. The contract promises a minimum of 500€, but they manipulate the money, imposing fines. Trucks and trailers are in disrepair, with faulty brakes and exhaust issues. Payment is delayed, sometimes months. There are violations of hours of service regulations and pressure to drive outside of legal limits, resulting in deductions from pay. Drivers must purchase their own work gear. They charge for insurance and other fees, often without proper documentation. A minor accident resulted in a 400€ charge. The base is poorly maintained, and drivers are expected to do repairs. After a month and five days, I received only 790€ out of a promised 1200€ and 1500€ for subsequent months. The experience included routes through Switzerland, Germany, and France, but the working conditions were terrible."
