"This is a decent company. I worked there for two years on Amazon contracts. They increased my salary by €80 since September 2021. Sundays are unpaid. We are transported by bus from Kaunas to work in Germany and back at the end of the contract. There's an advance of €500 on the 15th and salary on the 25th. Full payment is received upon arrival at the company after submitting the report. I've never received a penalty; instead, I've received a monthly bonus for safe driving. Management has a reasonable attitude towards drivers. The company pays for hotel accommodation in Kaunas."

Current operations involve ridiculous scheduling, routes up to 5000km circling Europe with 3-day trips, and drivers are forced to pay for tolls, vignettes, and parking out of pocket, with promises of reimbursement that rarely materialize. Home time is consistently missed due to driver shortages, and management is unhelpful, offering generic responses and ignoring messages. Drivers are essentially responsible for everything – financing the company, managing logistics, and even performing maintenance. Robertas and Ginta are particularly problematic. Drivers are routinely taken advantage of, requiring extensive documentation to protect themselves. Vehicle inspections are absurd, and repairs are difficult to obtain. Personal vehicle parking is unavailable, hotels are not provided, and drivers are often required to remove their fuel cards. Damage claims are denied, and weekend work isn't compensated. The only potential benefit is free accommodation in Kaunas, but"
