"Overall, I'm satisfied. The dispatchers are reasonable, which is the most important thing. Routes are typically 4-5 days long, which is a plus. The transfer to the parking lot in Germany via vans isn't ideal, as I used to leave from the base directly at my previous company. However, the pay rate was lower there. It's a trade-off. I'm generally happy here and plan to continue working here."
"I've been working with this Polish trucking company for four years now. Overall, it's an okay place to work; the dispatchers are generally reasonable, and pay is reliable. There are some drawbacks, though. The van rides from the base aren't ideal, and while fuel isn't deducted, it's best to avoid it. Otherwise, I'm satisfied."
"This is a good company with both pros and cons. The most important thing is that they pay on time. It would be great if they could increase the salary to around $1100 per week, as I struggled to communicate in Polish at my previous company."
"I want to get my brother a job here, but he read the reviews and isn't interested. People who follow the rules and work hard will earn money, while those who slack off and get tickets will complain about the company. I've worked here for 1.5 years, haven't received any tickets, work normally, and have never had any problems with pay."
"Lijana KlausaitΔ asks why lie? Drivers are constantly forced to violate rest hour regulations. I worked here for over 4 years and know what I'm writing."
"Colleagues, greetings. I drove across Europe for 3 years and have seen a lot. This company has its quirks too."
"During the interview, the communication was polite and reasonable, but in reality, they forced me to violate hours of service regulations, requesting over 90 hours in two weeks. When I refused, they provoked me and I had to argue with them because they don't understand politeness. They also canceled my residency permit when I went home on vacation! Be careful, don't waste your nerves and time."
"Don't consider working here; leave immediately. They push drivers relentlessly, monitoring them constantly to ensure every minute is worked. Driving over 90 mph is accepted, and regulations are ignored, especially in France. There's a company-provided vehicle. The company withholds payments from departing employees. Managers are consistently poor. They haul garbage, lumber, big bags, and various other materials."
"I don't know how things were before, but I'm fine working at this company. I've worked at many Lithuanian and Polish companies, but I've managed to connect here. Pay arrives on time, fully to my card, no deductions, and I have good communication with the manager. I'm not forced to work overtime. Out of all the previous companies, this one is currently the best."
"The company pays reliably and around 82 euros per day, but bonuses are dependent on your relationship with your manager. If you don't get along with your manager, you might not receive bonuses. Management can replace you quickly, even after a short time, regardless of your initial plans. Work is intense, with breaks often taken during loading/unloading. Managers dictate break times and routes, sometimes requiring drivers to disregard regulations or exceed hour limits. Disagreement can lead to termination. Communication is poor, and drivers are often blamed for issues. Despite this, pay is generally good, trucks and trailers are decent, and there's a dedicated base. Eco-driving is recommended but not strictly enforced. Success with the company hinges on a good relationship with your manager and unquestioning obedience."
"I'd like to share my experience with Roslitauto. The routes are good, and the distances are decent. The manager I worked with was great and accommodating when needed. It's good that the company expects drivers to work, not just sit in trucks. I haven't received final payment yet, so I can't comment on that, but so far it's better than other companies I've worked for."
"The company was decent in 2019, but things have declined significantly. They're now operating at the edge of Lithuania and appear to be in serious financial trouble. Don't believe promises of bonuses; many drivers received significantly less than expected. I've worked here for 3 years."
"Everything written here is completely true. Recent changes have been implemented."
"The company advertises pay rates of 70, but it's closer to 65. Expect constant stress and pressure. Management pushes drivers day and night, leading to burnout. Delivery times are unrealistic, requiring constant driving with minimal breaks. Drivers are expected to meet unrealistic deadlines, often driving through the night and facing long waits afterwards."
"Two years ago, this was a great company. They paid $70 after a year of work, then reduced it to $65. The work itself was calm, with normal schedules and realistic delivery deadlines. Managers were more than adequate. However, that was two years ago. Since then, management brought in consultants to optimize costs and increase profits, and this is what's happening now."
