"I worked at this company for 3 months, and the director and office staff were rude and unhelpful. They pressure you to sign unclear documents, and the recruiter makes unrealistic promises. Routes are dictated, and the company cuts corners everywhere, including using transfer trailers and forcing nighttime driving. They deduct money for everything, including washing the truck (144 euros!), and a man named Valera photographs the vehicle to scam drivers. There are deductions for pens, tire tread, and even minor accidents can result in deductions of 700 euros or more. When leaving, they withhold 300 euros for fines, which are returned after 3 months. Drivers are treated poorly; I do not recommend working here."

I received a 500 euro fine for failing to upload photos to the app, a problem announced 1.5 months into my employment, affecting five new drivers. These photos were previously sent to the dispatcher. Initially, they stated there were no fuel advances, but then claimed fuel overspending, deducting 130 euros. Ultimately, I was terminated after three months. You either need to be 'one of them' to be treated well, or don't work there at all. Upon hiring, a document is signed stating the driver is financially responsible for the tractor, and every scratch is documented upon return. Essentially, they shortchange drivers on pay."
