"I started working here with no prior experience. They provide a dorm, laundry, shower, toilet, and kitchen (in average condition). I worked four terms, and there were no issues with payment; everything was calculated accurately upon arrival after submitting documents, and they also offer a bonus for fuel savings if applicable. The trucks seemed decent, at least the ones I encountered, although I saw some in rough shape during replacements, particularly regarding cleanliness and cabin maintenance. Having worked a bit and listened to people from other companies, it seems like a reasonably good company with its pros and cons."
"I decided to inquire about this company and called a former employee who left his phone number. The person on the other end acted arrogant and superior, boasting about his experience. When questioned about weekend pay, he became defensive and sent a rude text message insulting me. It's difficult to communicate with people like that."
"This company has significantly declined since Alvidas, the boss's brother-in-law, took over. Drivers are treated poorly, with pay significantly lower than competitors like Girteka. Expect deductions for fuel and tolls, constantly scrutinized by an analyst. Snitching has become rampant. Avoid this company; it's going downhill, with the boss uninterested and the analyst focused on cutting costs."
"The company isn't large, but I worked there for over two years. The owner hired all his relatives who don't want to work. There are constant discrepancies in pay - you leave with one salary and return to find it's lower by 50-100 euros. The manager avoids addressing issues, constantly tries to find reasons to deduct money, and offers to compensate for it himself. Many trucks have over a million kilometers; getting to service requires daily calls and begging. Tax refunds are unreliable; they claim the company pays, so expect a maximum of 200-300 euros per year. The 'dorm' is dirty, with constant drunken parties and no cleaning. Beds are stained, and sleep is disrupted by noise. The biggest drawback is the uncertainty of your final pay. They try to charge for fuel without knowing the exact consumption rate. Drivers need to bring their own door locks and cab blowers. The fleet includes Volvo, DAF, Mercedes, and Renault trucks, most with high mileage."
"I worked three terms and was cheated on pay three times."
