"Recently hired and worked for 8 weeks. Received pay as expected. Colleagues are excellent and always willing to help."
"This company is terrible. They hide charges for fines, the trucks are in poor condition, and getting repairs is impossible."
"This company is awful! Management is a family group focused on taking money from drivers. Trucks are not repaired on time, and then the driver is blamed for the breakdowns. Drivers change their own tires; sometimes, you're driving on bald tires, hoping to reach the delivery point without a blowout. It's impossible to get tires or light bulbs replaced; you buy them yourself and have trouble getting reimbursed. The insurance is fake, and many trucks lack inspections. If a breakdown or refrigeration failure occurs, you don't know when repairs will be completed. Speeding tickets are hidden and inflated by Donatas. There's high turnover, as new drivers are exploited for every small thing."
"It's a decent company if you follow the rules. I've been working here for four terms and everything has been smooth. No issues found during audits. They pay what they promised, which is the most important thing to me."
"I completed my contract and was paid as promised. The truck wasn't brand new, but it's a job. Back on the road after the holidays. Those who want to work do, and those who complain spend their time on Facebook. The team is primarily Ukrainian and Belarusian. Logistics communicates in Russian, which wasn't a problem for me as long as we understood each other."
"After working for Girteka, it's fantastic. I don't drive illegally, and they pay my salary - what more could I need?"
"I've been working here for over two years. Pay is stable; they didn't reduce salaries even during the pandemic. I believe those who took on extra work and didn't receive full pay are mistaken. There are moments when I'd like to see changes, but you can adapt to anything. Contact me on Facebook for more details."
"I've been on the road for a month and haven't experienced any issues; one drop-off and one pick-up. I don't work 'off the books' and I'm not pressured to. I previously worked at Hegelmann, and this is a much better experience. I'll add more feedback once I receive my paycheck, but so far everything is excellent."
"This is a good company; I've been working here for three terms. They paid as promised. I'll add a review if anything changes."
"I've worked for this company for three terms. They aren't very long, about 6 weeks each, but still! The trucks are generally okay. There are a couple of older models, but the rest are decent."
"I worked for this company for 1.5 years. The management is terrible! Pay varies greatly, and those who report others are favored. The director, a Lithuanian, has unacceptable behavior. I had to bring my own light bulbs and fuses because they were too expensive, according to the director. Fuel consumption is also unfairly blamed on drivers, regardless of heavy loads and mountainous terrain. Repairs, like the autonomous heater, were delayed for weeks, forcing me to rely on inadequate heating. Upon return from a long run (153 days), a significant amount was deducted for alleged fuel overconsumption. The director avoided addressing my concerns and essentially stole money from drivers."
"Do you want to haul 29 tons of metal and be fined €3000 at customs? Do you want to buy paper for the tachograph and headlight bulbs from the director at your own expense? Do you want to drive without insurance and with a fraudulent technical inspection? Then welcome to the awful company UAB "RAVAINE"!"
"The company deceives employees by not fairly comparing experienced drivers with newer ones. The more you work, the less you earn. There's sympathy for the Ukrainian drivers. I worked there for almost a year and left, though some Ukrainians remain."
"This company is problematic; they pay the minimum and make deductions. There's a lack of agreements; things change daily, and there's high turnover. They constantly mislead you, and you'll often be forced to drive illegally. They won't cover your fines. Trailer rentals are used, and it takes hours to inspect the trailers, with discrepancies in the paperwork being deducted from your pay. In Belgium, trailers are frequently broken, and you're responsible for repairs. This company is not as good as Girteka."
"I've worked at this company for a long time and have never experienced anything like this before."
