"This company, previously known as Rajczyk and now Beldix, is terrible. Pay has decreased significantly, now below 7500 PLN per run. The truck fleet consists of older DAFs (2014-2015) and Renaults (2020). Logistics managers lack experience and force drivers to exceed tachograph limits, threatening fines if requirements aren't met. The boss is unyielding and ignores driver concerns. Tires are often worn and unsafe, with replacements given to Polish drivers while others receive older tires. There's high turnover among both Polish and Ukrainian drivers, and the company has even encouraged drivers to violate tachograph regulations. Avoid this company."
