"I've been with Pukeno for six months and found this website with reviews - it's like working for a different company based on what I read. There haven't been any issues during my time here, and the shift changes are convenient. The company provides a service vehicle at the base and will pick up and drop off drivers at the train station and garage. This is a company worth working for. I average 10-13,000 miles per month. Follow the instructions and everything will be fine. The manager even gave a bonus at the end of my term. I'm satisfied with the job and don't plan to change anything soon."

"Yes, it's a normal company. With ADR and 5 years of experience, I earn 95 euros. I think this is good. We'll continue working."

"This was a terrible experience. Fuel was overpriced, and fueling locations were communicated via text message. I missed a text about a specific station and incurred a cash penalty because another station was slightly cheaper."

"I worked for this company for one term, which lasted 20 weeks, because I like to work a lot. I received a €150 bonus for good driving. There were no deductions, and any issues with extra miles were resolved with SMS notifications about traffic or repairs. I received my full salary on the day of the report. They cover all auto havens and parking fees. I have no questions about the calculation. I was pleasantly surprised that all the trucks are equipped with everything necessary, you don't even need to buy a GPS. The trucks are clean when received from another driver. The only downside is that there aren't fixed gas stations; they vary daily. However, this is a common issue with most companies. Would I work a second term? Yes! The attitude is human, they always listen. Even the company director attends briefings, which is a good sign!"

"This company is terrible, like most in Lithuania. The managers are problematic and constantly push drivers, initially requiring three days of work before allowing rest. One manager, Eva, is understanding. Be prepared for supervisors who were former law enforcement officers from Belarus, focused on money. Unloading isn't paid, and even a small route deviation results in fines. Fuel theft is shared 50/50, and fuel levels must be checked before refueling. Wages are arbitrarily reduced without warning. Drivers are penalized for accidents, even if their truck isn't at fault. There are instances of fraudulent payments and demands for cash back. The company is run by former law enforcement officials from Belarus. During the hiring process, the manager presents a misleadingly positive picture of the work. They use vans for driver swaps, forcing drivers to work for two days without pay, falsely claiming these are in Germany. There are frequent mixed freight loads and pallet exchanges, which are"

"Do not consider this company. Drivers are regularly forced to violate regulations. A 10-minute delay resulted in a €20 penalty. Work long hours and endure excessive downtime, even when the 9-hour break is not applicable. Treated like farmhands, with management prioritized. Fuel costs are split 50/50, and drivers sometimes sleep in fields due to pressure to drive quickly, leading to fuel theft. Only two managers are competent; the rest fail to track time and provide unclear instructions. Suitable for gaining experience, but plan to leave. One manager, Vasya, was hostile and unhelpful. Roads are poor, even by the standards of low-quality carriers. Damage repairs are charged at new part prices, despite previous deductions from other drivers. The company is unstable, with constant issues with parking and managers who demand personal errands. Wage increases occur only when experienced drivers leave, aiming to retain remaining staff."

"I don't understand why some people dislike this company. I work here and have never had to work overtime. If you can't manage your time, it's not the company's fault. Drivers can also struggle to find suitable parking. There are many inexperienced drivers now. Sleep is possible at night, although early starts (5 AM) are common in many companies. The work is standard, with no excessive overtime like at Girteka. Advances are readily available, and requests for more home time or family concerns are accommodated. They even consider driver preferences for managers. Pay is received daily upon report submission."

"Having worked for several companies, this one stands out positively. The schedule is reliable, allowing for definite return and work dates, making planning easy. They never rush drivers in early. Pay is consistent, paid on time with advances. Fuel isn't deducted, and there's no elog. Experienced drivers share advice on fuel efficiency. Work is required, as with any company, but bonuses are available for tenure. It's convenient to leave vehicles on-site and there's laundry facilities."

"Since March 2023, the salary has been drastically reduced by 10 euros, now at 80 euros. There's pressure regarding eco-driving, and managers are indifferent. We work to the maximum and wait excessively. Fuel consumption is measured precisely, which is absurd. Roads are often poor, requiring detours to avoid tolls. The work schedule is adhered to, and speed limits are not exceeded. We're actively seeking another company."

"The company is good, the salary is normal, and I think it will improve in the future. I'm happy with the work schedule, they're understanding and accommodating, which is great. I've had no issues with the managers. I experienced health problems during my time, and I was surprised by the care from the boss - everything is at a high level. I want to work here, the company is strong and professional. As with any job, there are a few minor issues. Overall, if you work hard, you'll be happy!"

"I haven't been working here long, but the treatment is very bad. Routes are primarily in France on national highways, with nighttime driving. Hours are manipulated, and drivers are forced to violate regulations. They deduct money for everything."

"The company isn't what it used to be. They deduct money for any reason: calling the manager on weekends, highway tolls, wrong routes, high fuel consumption due to mountainous terrain with heavy loads. Driving mainly on national roads in France makes finding parking difficult. Transportation to the job site is unreliable, often in a Sprinter or Multivan. Even refueling the transport vehicle has specific rules, with deductions for incorrect locations. This is just a partial list of the issues with working at this company."

"Overall, the company is decent. Trucks are DAF and Mercedes Euro 6. If you're lucky and perform well, it's workable. Work involves 8/4 or 6/3 shift work, departing on Fridays. Driver changes occur in Switzerland and Belgium, with two drivers in the vehicle for two days. Payment starts on Monday. You end up working 42 days and resting for 18. There's a lot of national trucking. A 2000 km journey from Austria to Spain includes 800 km of national roads. Penalties are deducted from your pay for mistakes, violations, non-compliance with instructions (regarding fueling, routes), excessive fuel consumption (e.g., 36 liters per 100 km), late document submission, speeding, and fuel theft. Two-day shifts are done in the cab, with no hotel or base provided. It's tough for beginners, and experience is required. Experienced drivers can find better conditions elsewhere."

"This company isn't great; they deduct for everything. Drivers are fully responsible, even for dispatcher errors, and must pay the price. Management states dispatchers are untouchable, meaning they can make mistakes without consequences, as funds will be taken from drivers."

"After almost two years with this company, there are many issues. They deduct for everything! Routes are national, with loads up to 25 tons. Fuel is deducted, and the difficult terrain and heavy loads are ignored. Failure to meet hours of service results in deductions. We spend 45 hours in the truck. Driver relations are terrible; no one is valued. Turnover is very high. Extra mileage is deducted. Earnings are paid in installments. The company places all responsibility on the drivers."
