"The company has become like Girteka. They deduct for everything, issue false fines without driver photos. Money held in escrow for alleged fine payments isn't returned upon termination. Most dispatchers are inadequate. Driver swaps across Europe happen via bus, while simultaneously distributing gloves, oil, and CMR documents. Tire and battery changes on the road are done by drivers without compensation. Constant cost-cutting on service. Trucks are maintained until the last possible moment, squeezing everything out of the transport before authorizing service. Hotel accommodation at the company's hotel costs an extra 30€, regardless of whether you stay there. Conditions are terrible, with constant hot water issues, it's freezing in winter, showering is impossible, and you sleep in your clothes. Problems with linen changes. It's unsanitary everywhere. The hotel is full of Indians who constantly cook, creating a terrible stench throughout the barracks. After work, it takes half a day to su"
"I've worked for this company for several years. The trucks are relatively new, the logistics are reasonably competent, and they pay what you earn, provided you don't get caught by cameras or damage the vehicle. They provide windshield washer fluid, work clothes, and train for Code 95. Expeditions are Nostra and Dettenndorfer. However, the starting pay is €76 plus €2 per year of experience, pallet changes are frequent, drivers are transported in vans through D, NL, B, F, and A, payment is on Mondays at the company's office, hotels cost €40 per month regardless of whether you stay there, and loading/unloading is neutral. There are 3-5 loadings and unloadings at logistics companies, construction sites, or farms, in the centers of cities. They haul everything, primarily in Germany, so your life will be spent in industrial zones daily. Distances are 10-12 thousand kilometers, and the wall is €400. They've started hiring Indians and Pakistanis, there's high turnover, and recently there have "
"I've worked at this company for seven years and haven't experienced any discrepancies in pay. The salary, including seniority, is 75, and everyone receives the full amount, minus 30 euros per month for accommodation. While occasional trips to Detendorf occur, weekends consistently involve 45 hours. They deduct for damage, but only 50% of the repair cost. This job isn't for those who struggle with paperwork or driving. They provide work clothes, windshield washer fluid, and panel cleaners. Auto hauls are reasonably compensated. I've spoken with drivers from other companies who earn less and receive fewer benefits. There are no fabricated fines; any fines incurred are paid directly."
"Worked at this company for about a year. Objectively, the buses need replacing and there are a lot of pallet replacements. Loads are rarely available, but pay was accurate and to the penny. My manager, Kszysiek, made driving enjoyable and there was no pressure. Michal pushed the drivers a bit, and Natasza was very inefficient. The company had a good attitude and provided work clothes. I received no unjustified fines or deductions during my employment. I left due to the war in Ukraine. I've spoken with other former employees who haven't complained, despite some changes in the company."
"I've worked at the company for a while. The positive aspects include trucks that are up to 3 years old. The company has grown, now with around 150 trucks, but it's become more bureaucratic."
"Avoid this company. Drivers are not respected, and they may unfairly withhold earnings. It's a shame when companies treat drivers poorly, but the choice is ultimately yours."
"This company is terrible. Management exploits drivers, with discrepancies in pay and fabricated fines using photoshopped documents. The dispatchers are all awful and the overall experience is extremely negative. Not recommended."
