Drivers are deceived and underpaid by significant amounts. Advances are not provided and must be fought for weeks. Currently awaiting a response from PIP (complaint filed with the labor inspection), but a lawsuit may be necessary."

It's chaotic, and experienced, sensible drivers are leaving for better opportunities. Many young logistics personnel are learning from the drivers here; it's not terrible, but not a great experience either."

"Attention! This company, PROCEM Sp. z o. o. in Mińsk Mazowiecki, pays per kilometer. The first year's pay is low (0.35), increasing to 0.37 and then 0.39, plus CMR 60 zl. There's a 45-hour break each week in the cabin, costing 200 zl. It's a good place to start a career, with routes through DE, NL, BE, and CZ. However, there's constant cabotage, and the boss tries to cheat on pay, requiring drivers to prove their earnings. They often withhold money claiming it's for arrival costs, leaving significant amounts on the card even upon termination, supposedly to cover potential fines. The boss decides whether you receive the full amount. I left honestly, hoping to receive my money and leave, but my hopes for the boss's integrity were dashed."

"Drivers report inconsistent pay, with promises of 50 euros per pallet not being fulfilled. A colleague experienced similar issues and was also left shorted. They've been trying to recover unpaid wages for a year with no success. Not recommended."
