"The company was decent under previous management, but now it's gone downhill. The current leadership seems focused on everything but the drivers, resulting in poor service. Maintenance is non-existent; vehicles are released in whatever condition they arrive. Things are barely managed."
"They don't pay the salary, only pay a portion of it! They delay payments! They hired people to share one truck, two drivers per vehicle!"
"The company is a disorganized mess. The trucks are constantly breaking down, and the pay is terrible."
"The situation has improved slightly over the last month. The pay is $330-$350 per day. Older trucks have been deregistered, and most remaining trucks are Euro-6 MAN TGX models. Payment is reliable and timely, which suits me well."
"I spoke with someone who works there, and they said the pay is 200 Polish Zloty per day, primarily manual labor. Routes are to Germany, returning through Slovakia and the Czech Republic to Poland. Monthly earnings are capped at 5000-6000 Zloty, with a maximum of 8000 km per month, which isn't a lot, especially for beginners."
"This company is terrible. The payroll manager, Maciek, is dishonest and shortchanges employees, and his word can't be trusted – he promises one salary and pays less. His brother, Jacek, who handles exams, is also problematic. Avoid this company at all costs; there are better options with fair pay."
"The trucks are old, mostly MAN and Renault models. The work mainly involves furniture transport. Loading in Poland and 8-10 unloadings in Germany, Slovakia, or Czech Republic, occasionally Austria. There are often 3-4 unloadings per day, and sometimes you have to unload by yourself. The daily rate is 200 Polish zlotys, which isn't a lot of mileage, but you often have to work hard during loading and unloading. After the cadence, they only pay 167 zlotys, and the rest when you return for the next cadence. This company should only be considered for training, or avoided altogether."
