"Drivers report low pay (80-85 euros for European routes, 60-65 euros for local runs), with no extra compensation for loading/unloading, tire changes, or navigation. They are held responsible for vehicle damage and fuel theft. Trucks are old, poorly maintained, and frequently break down. Logistical staff are demanding and routes often involve difficult terrain and night driving. Home time is inconsistent and not paid. There's a base near ElblÄ…g with lodging and a workshop, but travel to/from the base isn't compensated. The company is Auto-Hof."
"This company is decent for obtaining a 95 code and with 3 months of experience. Pay is €45 for Poland and around €60 for Europe. If Poland doesn't work, or you're not hired for €65 in Europe, or you don't get along with colleagues and logistics, find another company. The trucks are old and prone to breakdowns. Base conditions are good. Be wary of logistics promises and trust your own judgment."
"Yes, this company isn't among the best!"
"I do not recommend! I worked for this company for 1.5 years. The pay was 50 euros per day, no minimum wage, the employment contract states only 2050 zlotys. Previously, it was possible to work, but in the last six months, the boss (Cezary) started deducting money for excess mileage. Dispatchers don't tell you which routes to use; this is not accepted here. You use your own GPS (no company-provided ones), and upon arrival at the base, you are presented with a fact: excess mileage of a certain number of kilometers, and 1 euro is deducted per kilometer. Arguing is useless; they have their own navigation system (which works online), and you have a GPS with maps that are at least six months old. Those driving in France only use national highways. The boss also started the topic of 'DEDUCTING MONEY FOR FUEL OVERCONSUMPTION.' He constantly says that Poles drive economically, but when I talked to Polish drivers (of this company), they told me about identical fuel consumption. There is now a hi"
