"The company, now T C Transporte, offers 480 zl per day but doesn't pay for layovers, even when their fault. They charge for everything possible. There are issues with payroll and vacation time. Many former employees haven't received their final pay. This company should be shut down; those who have been deceived should file complaints. They are fraudsters and liars."

"This was a terrible experience. The trucks are old (2010 models) and poorly maintained. Drivers face issues like incorrect temperatures, police stops, and pressure to violate regulations. Routes are demanding with long distances and frequent transfers. Pay is unreliable, and the company's management has a questionable background. There's a lack of transparency and discrepancies in tracking data, and drivers are often blamed for delays or shortages."

"I worked at this company for two months hauling tank containers (ADR), and I enjoyed it – the trucks were good, the work was interesting, and the colleagues were pleasant. However, when I informed management about my departure due to an upcoming wedding, they seemed understanding. I completed the second month, with plans to return. Just before payday, I was told I had done something wrong, shown photos, and my full salary wasn't paid for the time I had given notice and worked to find a replacement. They claimed I caused three issues: a bent handrail on the tank, broken glass inside, and excessive residual material during tank washing (around 100 liters). The handrail was pre-existing, and I wasn’t informed about it. The broken glass was likely from a sample container dropped by a company employee. The residual material is a normal occurrence when loading and unloading the same material repeatedly without washing, which the dispatcher was aware of. Management refused to provide document"

"If you're looking for a reliable company, avoid Pik Trans and Eco Freight. The reality differs greatly from what's promised in interviews, and there are numerous legal cases involving both drivers and office staff. The company's advertisement seems appealing at first glance, but it's deceptive. High employee turnover is due to hiring Filipino workers."

"It's questionable how reliable reviews of Pik Trans and Eco Freight are, as management impersonates drivers and discredits their opinions. The existence of negative reviews suggests problems within the company. I strongly advise against applying for jobs there; it's a waste of time and energy."

"I do not recommend working for this company. The last payment was reduced arbitrarily by the boss. The pay is the minimum wage plus a daily diet of 60 euros, but the system calculates it in a way that 20 days at 60 euros results in 1190. Transportation to Wuppertal is by bus, and the return trip, if things go well, means you'll be in Szczecin at 3 AM. Truck refueling costs 200 euros, and the office chooses the gas station. During the initial interview, the boss said that no one in his company had ever quit, but in the last month, 11 drivers left. I honestly do not recommend it."

"This company responded to negative reviews, disputing the claims made by former drivers. Several drivers were terminated due to unsanitary conditions, poor driving skills (including damaging equipment and failing to detach cables), and neglecting vehicle maintenance. One driver damaged the fuel tank and attempted to conceal the damage. The company maintains a repair shop and emphasizes its commitment to vehicle maintenance."

"The owner, Peter, is aware of who damaged the tank and who repaired it. The repairs were glued, not welded as stated. The oil issue was documented with photos from the computer's probe. Service is questionable when the shackle seizes. The company seems to favor those who perform well, not those who work hard."

"Worked here for a short time and had some initial concerns, but overall the experience was positive. I appreciated the condition of the trucks; the tractor was older but very clean and well-maintained. Delivery addresses always included coordinates, which was a significant improvement over previous companies. All agreed-upon working conditions were met, and I received my salary on time and in full. I have a positive impression of the company and management."

"I worked at this company for two years. I was essentially trapped there during the summer, only returning home twice. When I mentioned wanting to go to Ukraine in a month, I was told I should have given four months' notice. They calculate your vacation pay to avoid paying overtime, and when you return from vacation, you're immediately put back to work. They deduct money for phone calls – a thousand zlotys was taken from me, as was from another driver. I worked one day and that was enough; there's no future there. They forced me to use transit permits, driving under signs, and even took me to a ferry. It's a chaotic and negative experience."
