"This company is terrible! There's a huge queue for trucks, and the director is misleading drivers. The trucks are mostly old and in poor condition, with issues like worn tires and faulty refrigeration units. Drivers are constantly rushed, forced to work long hours and relieve themselves in fields. There's pressure to handle pallets in perfect condition, and drivers are held responsible for theft and fuel costs. The company also exploits drivers by charging excessive fees for driver training. The management is dishonest and disrespectful, treating drivers like slaves. Turnover is high, and they exploit inexperienced drivers. Avoid this company!"
"I won't dwell on the negatives, I'll just state the facts."
"I've been working at PIASTA for several months and I have to say that the pay is good and stable, and most importantly, they always pay on time. Employees are treated with respect and understanding. Work schedules can always be discussed with the director. Mr. Darek always fulfills his promises. Like in any company, there are older and newer trucks, but the company has recently acquired new vehicles. It's great that there's no eco-driving monitoring; you get paid for what you earn. It's a pleasant place to work, with a friendly and professional team. There are many different reviews, both positive and negative, but I know that if you do your job well, there won't be any problems. I'm glad to work here and happy with my choice!"
"I completely agree with Andrey Melnikovich and Alex."
"This company is terrible. Drivers are not treated with respect, hours are violated, they refuse to pay bonuses, routes are constantly changing, compensation is withheld, and the driver is always blamed."
"I'm repeating myself: don't work here. The director is aggressive and gives orders to push drivers to violate regulations."
"Things haven't changed in this company. They hire on a contract basis (3 months or more), attempting to force drivers onto base operations (where breaks aren't paid). Deductions include fuel, certification, and insurance (60 zl monthly). Up to 40% of salary is deposited to a card, the rest paid in cash after the 10th of each month, potentially delaying payment for weeks. Drivers sign blank receipts. Tax refunds are unlikely. Frequent rerouting, sometimes even during rest breaks. No company stamps in the trucks - drivers must self-sign or pay for their own. Drivers must photograph bills of lading and product temperatures for each load. Internet access isn't provided. The company deducts for any mistakes, regardless of insurance."
