New drivers receive short routes with multiple unloadings, often costing more than they earn. Expect frequent night driving and manual pallet handling without compensation. Pallet losses are deducted from pay. The cabin is cramped, communication is poor, and roadside assistance is lacking. Minor vehicle damage results in fines. The company recently switched to gas, worsening working conditions. High driver turnover indicates a lack of appreciation. Strict fuel and eco-driving standards are perceived as exploitative. Salary is partially on a card and partially in cash, with unexpected withholdings of 1500-1800 zlotys."
