Vacation time is strict, and late arrivals result in a 250 euro fine that the company doesn't cover. There are fines for dishonesty (200 euros), and advances are unavailable. They operate under Austrian logistics, primarily on international routes, and deduct 1 euro per kilometer for excess mileage, even when it doesn't exist. The truck fleet consists mainly of vehicles between 2 and 5 years old, and dispatchers change frequently. Drivers who give proper notice often leave without receiving their full salary. There's a risk drivers could be left without pay if the owner sells the company."

Initially, the relationships were normal, but I started to suspect dishonesty when money was deducted from Michael and Andriy for the same wheel. In the summer, the rear Vivaro doors were damaged, and I was initially prepared to compensate, but the boss suggested patching and painting them. Two months before my departure, their attitude changed abruptly, and I was presented with a bill of 1100 euros for the doors (bare metal, no plastic, no window). They refused to provide an invoice, sent a photo without a number, just patched and painted the doors, and refused to return the damaged doors.
