"The company has significantly declined, with many employees leaving. Several drivers have resigned recently, some abandoning their trucks. Morale is low, and many are seeking new employers. Driver treatment has worsened, restricting paid parking in England and forcing drivers to park on the roadside. Drivers have experienced two days without basic amenities like water, showers, and restrooms. Pay has decreased to match or be lower than industry standards. Vacation scheduling is impossible, and drivers can be let go after 12 weeks. Dispatchers are indifferent, and management (Lorenzo and Dalius) ignore drivers' concerns."

"The company used to be great, but it's declining, resembling a large, problematic company. There's high turnover, with many experienced drivers leaving. Recruitment is now indiscriminate, and the truck fleet (MAN Euro 5 and 6) is in poor condition. Routes primarily cover Belgium and England, with frequent loading/unloading. Night driving is common, and there are concerns about driver pairings. Base facilities are basic, and there's a decline in hotel accommodations. Dispatcher Natasha has received complaints. There are issues with Tachograph violations and negative experiences with some staff, particularly a Czech office worker. A colleague was terminated despite wanting to return after illness. The company appears to be deteriorating."

"The experience was negative. Frequent re-weighs (up to three times daily), constant arguments with Natasha, and issues with the dispatcher (referred to with derogatory terms by Czech colleagues) were reported. Concerns about pay, outdated trucks, frequent reloads, problems with migrant workers, and vehicles that should be scrapped were also mentioned. Four drivers left the company together."

"The company initially seemed good, offering benefits like above-average pay (around $2200), minimum wage reimbursement, flight/hotel/parking costs covered, and occasional weekend hotels. However, working conditions have become unbearable. Constant night driving, drivers are responsible for truck repairs and cargo damage fines, and even accidents not caused by the driver result in fines and demotion, reducing daily rates from €52 to €42 without notification. Insurance is questionable, with excessive charges for minor issues (e.g., €400 fine for a €40 footrest). Communication with logistics is restricted to tablets, with phone calls incurring penalties. A particular dispatcher, Natasha, is causing significant problems, leading to high driver turnover due to her unpredictable behavior, constant fines, and disregard for driver home time."

"This company was decent two years ago, but things have significantly worsened. A recruiter named Alexander is a scammer who deceives drivers with false promises, hiding upfront costs like visa fees, insurance, accommodation expenses, and travel. They manipulate work schedules, often extending assignments beyond the agreed-upon timeframe and penalizing drivers for brief home visits. There are issues with tachograph violations, poorly maintained trucks (MAN 5s with malfunctioning equipment), damaged trailers, and unpaid fines. Drivers frequently face unsafe loading practices and are pressured into taking risks. The promised pay is unreliable and often categorized incorrectly. The company is experiencing high turnover due to these problems."

"This company is terrible. Dispatchers act like royalty while drivers are treated like slaves. A driver was abandoned in Belgium after being fired, left to find his own way home. They also failed to pay his final wages."

"Working here has been a very negative experience. The management is incompetent, wasting applicants' time and money. Dispatchers are unprofessional and inconsistent, with promises quickly turning into insults once money is involved. Trucks and trailers are in terrible condition, with broken parts held together by tape. Rest areas are dirty, sleep is impossible due to constant noise and early start times. Overall, a very unpleasant and unreliable company to work for."

"While the company has its issues, the employees work hard and adapt to various challenges. A significant problem is the management structure, with professional drivers being overseen by office staff lacking transportation expertise. Drivers often need to write explanations for minor issues to a dispatcher who lacks knowledge, and past dispatchers have been ineffective. There's a problematic dispatcher with discriminatory views. Overall, the company's leadership and management practices are concerning."

"Reading reviews is heartbreaking! This company used to be amazing. They reimbursed mileage, paid for substitutions at home, no one was forgotten, salaries were $2400, the boss greeted from a plane, and they gave champagne for New Year's. What happened? How did things change? Please wake up before it's too late!"

"Overall, the company is average. Management is criticized, and there are occasional issues with driver shortages and overtime. The trucks are a mix of new and older models, but generally maintained. Some employees are highlighted as helpful, while others have left. There's a perception of unfair treatment among some drivers, with a few experiencing significant hardship."

"It's strange to read reviews for this company. Multiple drivers, including Macedonians, Czechs, and Ukrainians with years of experience, have left, claiming everything is fine. There's a constant shortage of drivers, leading to desperate measures like pairing drivers. Promises of new trucks are repeated annually. New hires are taken on regardless of experience. Drivers have abandoned trucks due to issues with management. There's a pattern of paying for initial expenses like accommodation, then receiving only promises. It seems like a deceptive practice where management prioritizes appearances over driver well-being."

"As a driver for this company, I'm very satisfied with everything. I've heard that drivers who left the company are desperately trying to return, despite writing negative things online. The owner is reasonable and handles paperwork, even providing accommodation. Pay is excellent - 2500 euros plus an additional 750 at home. You don't handle loading, unloading, or securing loads, a real dream for a long-haul driver. I highly recommend joining Petrtrans."

"Drivers are writing and complaining under different names. Please provide your name so we can resolve your issues. I personally guarantee that I will investigate everything and find a solution. The company has ordered 20 Mercedes, 20 MAN, and 20 Volvo trucks; we will receive new vehicles within a month. We are increasing pay to €960 plus €70 per day, plus €5 for ADR and €5 for England. The company handles all documents and visa costs for England."

"I've been with Petratrans for three years. Dispatcher Natasha is great, and Alexander is reliable. I even like the older trucks because there's nothing to worry about. Our director, Yaroslav, is a smart and talented leader who is respected and always willing to help in difficult situations. However, there are issues with the relationships between drivers – nationalism is prevalent, and I've been called names due to my origin from Donetsk, sometimes escalating to physical altercations on parking lots. Respectable and skilled drivers are always in demand, while those with problems always find fault."

"This company is gaining popularity, and the management appreciates the attention. They believe negative reviews filter out unsuitable candidates. They're hiring experienced drivers seeking fair pay and normal working conditions, with opportunities for those from all regions of Ukraine. Those unhappy are encouraged to resign."

"The quality of drivers has declined, and there are many complaints about difficult conditions. The trucks are old, and management is problematic. The company is tired of dealing with complaints and expects employees to address issues directly."

"This company is unremarkable, like many others in Europe. The director and dispatcher are accused of stealing money from drivers. The fleet consists of poorly maintained MAN trucks and trailers. The work involves transporting mail or hauling garbage, often with delays and financial penalties. The company is described as a scam where drivers are exploited."

"Petratrans is a very good company. The employees are great, and I don't understand those drivers who have issues with dispatcher Natasha. She's knowledgeable and always willing to help and advise. Natasha is a mentor and a guiding light for us. Anyone interested in working at Petratrans can contact me or Natasha."
