"Payment is made in cash after the 10th of the following month, based on mileage (from the tire), with a rate plus per diem as stipulated in the contract. A fixed bonus is awarded for fuel efficiency, and deductions are made for overconsumption. The final paycheck is issued upon return to the company. The first run is a month-long apprenticeship as a second driver. The fleet consists of approximately 80 vehicles, mostly Fiat Ducato vans. There are also curtain-side and refrigerated trucks. Company-provided hotel accommodation is an additional cost. There's a laundry room, 3-4 shared restrooms, and rooms accommodating 8 people with bunk beds."
