"I've been working for the company for two years and can say that the pay is decent, and payments are made on time. Penalties only apply if you make mistakes. Routes are mainly in Germany, sometimes the Netherlands and Belgium, with relaxed driving. Many drivers have worked here for 5 years or more. The company helps with all necessary documents (95 code, medical, psychometric tests, ADR, residence permit). The base is near Poznań, with a hostel, shower, toilet, kitchen, washing machine, and a vehicle for shopping. Driver swaps happen at the base, and trucks and trailers are repaired promptly. Dispatchers are good people to work with."

"After 3.5 years, the company initially seemed good, but the last six months have been like forced labor. The work consists mostly of overnight runs of 220-440 miles. Drivers work weeks of nights, with fixed unloading times and fines for lateness. Sleep deprivation is a constant struggle. Weekend work isn't paid, and trips to Poland on weekends aren't arranged. Taking vacation on time is nearly impossible, and dates are constantly changed. Vacation time is only 2 days per month worked. Current pay is not competitive (€2200-€2400 as of autumn 2022), but dispatchers are decent. "This company, P.s. Logistyka in Germany, is not recommended for drivers. It's difficult to earn money here."

"Avoid this company at all costs; it's terrible even for beginners. They disregard rest hours, fail to bring drivers to the base, dispatchers change frequently, planning is poor, new drivers are forced to violate hours of service regulations, and drivers spend a month at home to reset their logs. Drivers are not brought to their home base, the recruiter promises quick visa processing, but drivers are treated like dogs in a kennel, with no freedom to stay in hotels or visit attractions, only parking lots, which is a violation. The work is awful, with nowhere to park. The trucks are broken down, tires are bald, trailers lack brakes and hazard lights, and drivers are forced to haul oversized loads on standard routes, creating a mandate for the driver. "I've worked at P&S Logistyka for seven years and don't plan to change companies. Agreements with the employer are fulfilled as promised. Payments are made on time, and home visits are punctual. I also fulfill my part of the agreement. Full documentation support is provided for all questions (visa, work permit, residence permit, ADR, etc.). Working with logistics is smooth, provided the driver understands their job. Some drivers just want to sit behind the wheel, and they'll have problems at any company. If you don't earn, there are no fines. If a driver returns home late due to their own scheduling, it's not the company's fault. Everyone wants to earn money, so you need to start with yourself, not look for someone to blame."
