"The company withholds money upon termination, specifically involving someone named Yaroslav. Funds, approximately 2000 Polish Zloty, are retained after each trip, supposedly for fines, but are never returned, with the explanation being paperwork issues related to the hiring process."
"I worked at Oweris from August 2018 for 3.5 years. Overall, it was an excellent company for me personally, and I gained invaluable experience in this profession. I wish Lukas and Patrick all the best! I urge them to cherish managers like Yarek, who are charismatic and organized. I thank everyone at Oweris for their kind treatment, including Anna, Ilonna, Grzegorz, Damian, and our friend Piotr at the workshop. I wish them all the best!"
"This company is terrible. Multiple drivers, including myself and colleagues previously at Hegelmann, experienced significant issues. The company withheld around $1000 USD per driver, citing fines, which are ultimately paid by the driver. Pay rates are low, sometimes as low as $250 USD for a full day. Drivers may not receive the promised $1000 bonus after a shift. Routes are often relayed between drivers, creating inefficiencies. Dispatchers prioritize speed over safety. Fuel consumption standards are unrealistic. There's a lack of European bases, requiring driver swaps in various countries. Drivers are sometimes assigned mechanic duties and must replace parts at their own expense. Vehicle maintenance is often substandard. There's a high turnover rate, particularly among inexperienced drivers. The company prioritizes profit over driver well-being, and there's no guarantee of receiving earned wages. This company is not recommended."
"This company might be okay for beginners, but experienced drivers describe it as a chaotic environment where even experienced dispatchers don't stay long. Inexperienced logisticians and novice drivers lead to stressful situations and unreasonable demands. They are now deducting approximately 2000 zl after each trip."
"Hello. Briefly and clearly, this company is like a driving school – they hire almost anyone. They've worked with drivers from Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia (I'm not sure about the current situation). Logistics are poor, especially with the surprising woman Hannah. There's high turnover, many trucks, but not enough workers. Most people starting out with no experience come here, work for a short time, find a better company, and leave, realizing why they didn't leave sooner."
"I've worked for Overis for almost a year."
