"This company is awful. Pay is based on mileage, with a maximum earning potential of around $6500. The trucks are old and poorly maintained, with the yard filled with disassembled wrecks. The parking area is dirt and turns into a muddy mess when it rains. Many trucks have manual transmissions. Driver accommodations are in a hostel located 20km away, at the driver's expense, and even if you don't use it, they deduct the cost monthly. 45 hours are not paid, and runs to Poland are at Polish rates."

"This company is suitable for beginners. They offer a two-week training period with only half the driver's salary. The monthly rate is around 1750 Polish Zloty plus mileage, with approximately 8-10 thousand kilometers possible per month within the region. After a couple of months, drivers might be assigned newer trucks, but initially, they'll receive vehicles from the 2010s with malfunctioning equipment like autonomous systems and ABS sensors. Tires and batteries are consistently problematic."

"This company is terrible. I've been here for a full month, signed the contract just a week ago, and I'm already planning to leave. I haven't even had a chance to start training, they keep hiring new people but there's no work, and the turnover is extremely high. The trucks are in poor condition (Euro 5), no air conditioning, although there are some new Renault T trucks, but only Polish drivers use them."
