"The trucks are in poor condition, and the pay is extremely low. This is not a place to earn a good living."
"Communication was initially positive, with promises of higher pay for excellent work. However, upon arrival, there were issues with truck availability, receiving an old, high-mileage vehicle. Trucks are often subpar, even the Euro 6 models. While not pressured, routes frequently involve IKEA transport within tight deadlines, leading to insufficient driving hours due to France-Poland runs. Fuel shortages in Poland result in inconvenient refueling stops in residential areas. The dispatcher, David, is generally good and doesn't assign problematic tasks. The biggest problem is final pay – discrepancies are invented regarding trailer issues, falsely attributed to previous drivers, to avoid full payment, especially when visas expire."
"The company doesn't pressure drivers to rush, which is a plus. However, the trucks are quite old and often given to drivers based on availability. The pay is average and seems to fluctuate depending on the boss's mood. Routes are Poland to France."
