"The company consistently lacks funds, and drivers have to request their earned money, which is often not paid as promised. Payments are frequently delayed or not made at all."
"I worked at this company and had a negative experience. I couldn't tolerate the disrespect of having to beg for my earned money. They deduct money for not meeting arbitrary quotas, regardless of the load or distance, and drivers are responsible for expenses like training, accommodation, and work visas."
"The routes are generally okay, but be prepared to be rejected after your contract ends, with your belongings left in Travemünde, and receive no warning. If a trailer is damaged, they'll try to blame you for the repair costs. Fines intended for the company will be passed on to you; if that fails, you'll be dismissed. Pay is received at the end of the contract period, and getting advances is difficult—they'll make promises until you threaten to leave. They'll only provide funds for food when you refuse to travel. I was unfairly fined for cabotage (after only changing a trailer in Postnord, with police confirming the company's error) and reimbursed for auto-goff and COVID tests in Italy."
"They hire drivers without requiring prior experience."
"Worked two terms in Norway. Payment was made at the end of each term without any deductions, everything was fair, although there was an issue with customs clearance for me."
"The company director violates the contract terms, paying wages at the end of the shift instead of monthly. Unexpected deductions are made from salaries, and unrealistic fuel consumption targets are imposed. A previous driver reported fuel discrepancies, and there's high turnover. Food allowances are minimal. The driver was shorted 800 euros over three months and warns others to avoid being deceived by REYNA SALURI and OMECAR."
"Having worked here for over 5 years, I can say that the management is fair and forward-thinking. Discipline is warranted, and they treat each driver individually. If you strive to be the best, the company will support you. Of course, you can find negatives anywhere, just as you find positives. Overall, it's a respectable company for both experienced and new drivers. Highly recommended; it's truly one of a kind."
