Hiring practices became lax, with unqualified and sometimes problematic individuals being employed. Management implemented questionable practices and pressured drivers to violate regulations. Dispatchers were often inexperienced and demanding, leading to frequent changes, long hours, and increased pressure. Pay and benefits were reduced, and equipment quality declined. Despite these issues, the company does pay what they owe. The driver was abruptly terminated after voicing concerns."
