"This company is a disaster. They fail to pay promised amounts, don't honor agreements, and the mechanic is useless. Only one dispatcher, Gitis, is decent; the others act important. The trucks have extremely high mileage (800,000 - 1,000,000 km). Drivers wash their own trucks, nighttime driving only, and there's a lot of pressure to rush. They primarily operate under Dachser. The initial promises are misleading; it's a stressful and unpleasant experience. Avoid this company to save your time, money, and nerves."
"This company isn't the worst out there. Like all companies, there are problems, but they get resolved. Dispatchers are generally calm and professional. Maintenance issues are addressed through written requests, and repairs are done thoroughly when possible. Washing trucks and trailers is permitted, and drivers are provided with cleaning supplies. Pay is reliable and adheres to the contract, with any discrepancies resolved promptly. The job involves moving containers from terminal to terminal, requiring basic knowledge of local languages. Parking is readily available, reducing stress. While there may be better companies, this one isn't terrible, and professionalism is rewarded."
"The company misrepresented things during hiring; drivers shared that they could be unfairly charged for anything. My time with the company was short, and while I was paid correctly during my one stint, there were also issues. Later, I received a speeding ticket in Vilnius while still employed, registered to the company's car driven by the director. The issue was resolved after contacting the police, but I advise caution."
"In my opinion, this company is awful, not just for Ukrainian drivers. It's like a small swamp. The director seems more interested in car racing than running the business. They treat drivers as disposable – smiling and saying everything is fine until problems arise, then they're quickly discarded. One colleague received only 579 euros for 21 working days, with no clear explanation. Terminations involve parking the truck and being presented with a resignation form. Refusal to sign results in threats of fabricated reasons like intoxication or absenteeism."
"This company, 'NOker' in Vilnius, is terrible for Ukrainian drivers. They make many promises but fail to deliver. Avoid them if possible; don't take the risk."
