"The company is average with high turnover. Drivers are primarily Ukrainian. Pay is $1700 once a month, with no additional earnings possible. During the training period, the pay is €20 per workday (excluding weekends) minus taxes. For the first two to four weeks, you'll likely ride alongside, sleep on a top bunk, and the cab will be cluttered. Your first real paycheck arrives in the third month. There are upfront costs: 600 złoty for code 95, 200 złoty for residency, 150 złoty for a psychotest, 200 złoty for a medical exam (only the medical exam is reimbursed), deducted on the first day. Plus, accommodation in Slubice for one week costs 40 złoty per day, with food costing around €5-10 per day if you cook yourself. The dispatcher is difficult during the first assignment, leading many drivers to consider confrontation afterwards."

"I've been here for five years and I don't really know what I'm doing anymore, probably just because I'm used to it. Pay ranges from $8,300 to over $25,000, depending on luck. Money is deducted for other people's mistakes, and it's almost impossible to prove. I haven't heard of or received salaries as high as $21,000, and there are additional deductions."

"The trucks are mostly DAF, Renault, and Volvo, but generally in poor condition. Service is lacking, and the trailers (reefers, curtainsiders, and containers) are also problematic. The onboarding process is difficult due to an incompetent person named Mascha. Drivers are charged for various expenses, including a significant fee for a short stopover (400 zlotys). Reimbursement is only provided for medical exams. Drivers may be assigned different trailer types unexpectedly."

"The company is decent for starting out, but that's all. The attitude towards drivers is like treating them poorly, especially from the dispatchers. There's a fine for not being able to enter the base in Belgium on weekends. Driving is done illegally, with automatic transmission."

"I worked for this company and do not recommend it. Operations were consistently dishonest, including falsifying logbooks, driving without logs, shortened breaks (7 hours), and more. Logistics is non-existent; they fail to calculate mileage even when provided with accurate information. There's no buffer time. I experienced 45 hours of driving without logs. The worst part is signing documents upon returning from vacation, falsely claiming you performed these actions independently. They deny responsibility if DOT audits occur, blaming it on logistics manager Roma, who selects drivers he deems 'easily controlled'."

"I'm not a driver myself, but I work closely with them as they purchase oil for our vehicles. I visit frequently. It's a solid company with a large fleet of new trucks. They always need drivers and have a good repair shop. The fleet mainly consists of Volvos, though they've recently started acquiring Mercedes MegaSpaces as well."

"I worked at Nilson for a year. The initial training and work permit information seemed positive, but my experience involved two months of paired driving followed by a transition to solo work across Europe. Salary details are available on their website. Any discrepancies in pay were always clarified by the accounting department, who provided clear and understandable explanations. Overall, I had a positive impression."

It's strange how much negativity is directed at people when they leave. The pay is good, there are no late payments, and there's no illegal driving like in other companies. "I've been with the company since January 2016. Travel expenses to Slubice were covered, and paperwork was completed. I work under a contract. My salary is around 2000 euros. The tires are new, which makes for a pleasant driving experience."

"Worked at Nilson for 3 months. There are many positives: timely pay, good trucks, all documentation is in order, they provide boots, a helmet, glasses, a vest, and other equipment. However, there's one major negative - driving 'off the books,' meaning excessive overtime, up to 100 hours every two weeks, with 7-hour breaks occurring daily, resulting in a total of 15 working hours and 9-hour breaks. The company will pay fines if the police stop you, but won't cover deportation. Logistics struggles with tachograph calculations, causing many issues. The attitude towards drivers is poor, with logistics personnel acting disrespectfully, and management doesn't care about complaints."
