"It's easier to get hired than to leave. When they sense you're leaving, they'll offer significantly lower rates and delay payments. The boss, Andrzej V***sh, is quite eccentric. Only agreeable drivers who avoid conflict stay. Routes are primarily to factories, typically under 300 km. Frequent daily updates and often night driving. ADR work without extra pay. Trucks often have over 500,000 km and can be in poor condition. No designated repair zones; drivers are pressured to perform repairs and are held responsible for everything. High turnover rate, making it increasingly difficult to find patient employees. Not recommended."
