"I joined this company in October 2022. Despite asking specific questions about working conditions and pay during the interview, I was shorted 350 euros after my first run. It turned out the director was withholding money into an 'emergency fund.' A total of 700 euros were withheld over the first two runs! Earning 75 euros per day (now 78), I received fuel consumption penalties (based on norms invented by the director). Driving in France is limited to national roads, and weekends are spent in the truck. To reach a decent parking area just 15-20 km away, you must personally request the director. "This company is deeply problematic. It's alleged to have ties to Russian military and the FSB, creating an environment of distrust and informants. The owner, Vadim, is described as manipulative and dishonest, imposing unwarranted fines and failing to address employee concerns. There are reports of unpaid wages, false promises during hiring, and disrespectful treatment. The warehouse is poorly designed, leading to accidents and unfair financial penalties. Former employees advise against working here."
"We were shocked to discover the reviews were true. We worked with Vadim for years, but he started deceiving us in mid-2023. Initially, we believed negative reviews were from competitors, but we learned he's facing financial difficulties and attempting to resolve them by not paying drivers or subcontractors. He promised to sell trucks to settle our debts, but instead, he added us to a blacklist and stopped responding to calls and emails. He reduced his fleet from 13 to 6 trucks. Draw your own conclusions."
