"Working at this company for a year and a half, the treatment of drivers has steadily worsened. Drivers are no longer valued as people. Managers constantly pressure and criticize for every minute, penalize for extra mileage or unauthorized store visits, steal fuel, and generally try to squeeze money from drivers. Drivers are blamed for managers' mistakes."
"I've worked at this company for 3 years and have never had any problems with payments. They also provide a hotel stay before trips. The logistics team speaks Russian. Overall, if you work well and don't mix up routes, they won't deduct anything from your pay."
"This is a decent company. I've worked here for a year and a half with no issues. Dispatchers are reasonable. You won't have problems with settlements if you work correctly. They pay on time, and the daily rate is higher than other companies. There are several routes, each with a different rate, and the work varies accordingly. To earn more, you need to put in the effort. I brought two friends here, we formed a team, and we're working with a new Volvo. Everyone is satisfied."
"This company is pro-Russian and does not hire Ukrainians. I worked there for three years. Taxes are paid in a tricky way, with only 20-45% refunds per year."
"I don't understand why anyone would work for companies that treat you poorly and deceive you about money. It's better to let the equipment rot than to work for such a terrible boss."
"This company seems geared towards inexperienced or new drivers, not seasoned professionals. During hiring, they promise no deductions, regular work, and timely, stable pay. However, the reality is different."
"I worked at MS Transport for six months, previously working at Girteka. I've read the previous reviews and can say that a deduction of 80 euros per month appeared in 2019 and continued monthly until I obtained my residence permit. There was also a small deduction for insurance. I worked on ECS and DSV routes; on the DSV route, Roberta provided the route, and I mostly followed it. Vidaas handles technical issues, and all my questions were resolved positively with him. On the DSV route, I received an extra 10 euros per day for each loading and unloading documented. Overall, I can't say anything bad about the company; there were no deductions for excess mileage, fuel, or eco-driving. When I left, they paid me everything in full, no questions asked. I left for a smaller company (25 trucks) where my friend works because the pay was higher."
"A former employee shared that the company deducts €77 monthly from drivers, supposedly as income tax, totaling €847 annually. However, the driver only received €153 from the tax office, attributing it to a 'tricky' accountant. Drivers returning home must apply for unpaid leave, and their chip is retained until their next assignment, preventing them from working elsewhere. This practice discourages local drivers due to tax avoidance and lack of contributions to social security and pension funds."
"I was hired with a referral for a rate of 70 euros. However, upon arrival, I was assigned to the Walter route (which involves 2-3 trailer changes per day and constant side loading). When I inquired about this, I was told I needed to work in a training program for a week because there was no space on the referral. But after 6 weeks, I never got on the referral. Upon completion, I discovered my salary had decreased by 2 euros, and instead of the promised 70 euros, I was supposed to be paid 63 euros, a loss of 300 euros. Additionally, a tax of 60 euros was deducted. As a result, my salary dropped from 70 euros to 61 euros. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and wanted to leave, I was told I had to work for 3 more weeks. Naturally, I didn't work those weeks and simply quit."
