"With no experience, the starting pay was 80, with experience 82, and then increasing to 85, 87, and 89. After working for 2.5 years, the pay is 85, and the company is satisfactory."

"I was already considering leaving, but since May, when Sharanas and Mantas left, all deductions disappeared. National routes have become scarce. Categories are now explained openly, so you understand why they weren't given and what to do to get them. Raises occur after a maximum of one or two runs. I'm paid $77 per mile. They introduced a manager evaluation, and managers have become more tactful. There are still no violations or late payments. I've reconsidered leaving. The schedule is flexible. There are some drawbacks, like occasional replacement issues in the summer, which may require staying longer. Overall, it's not a bad company. Some people are constantly jumping between companies and always find fault."

Drivers have experienced fuel theft themselves and colleagues have lost significant amounts. During the pandemic, wages were cut, and while recently increased, they haven't returned to previous levels. Drivers are pressured to log short work periods, leading to timecard issues and penalties. Excessive driving hours and disregard for delays like traffic or repairs are enforced. High driver turnover is a significant problem, and the company hires drivers with limited experience."
