"I completely agree with the previous comment. The trucks are poorly maintained, you'll drive on worn tires until something breaks down. Replacement vehicles are chaotic. Trucks can operate in Europe for a year without maintenance. There were instances of drivers working without winter equipment, and repairs were ignored. A broken trailer axle required drivers to continue driving with a makeshift repair for 1000 km with a full load. Document handling is also a mess, operating without proper paperwork is common. Most importantly, getting paid is a major problem; it's nearly impossible to receive your full earnings."
