"Working at Moduse for a year. There are two fleets, one with Tajik drivers and another with Belarusian and Lithuanian drivers. Work primarily involves routes in Germany. Negatives include a large portion of the fleet needing to be scrapped (trucks and trailers), cramped transportation to Germany in a small van, transporting and changing tires ourselves, and expensive service. There's no German base, so vehicles aren't washed, and repairs are done by drivers if breakdowns occur. Drivers are penalized for accidents or pre-existing vehicle issues. Pay increases with experience, capped at $65/hour. There's a $150 placement fee and a code fee. Work schedules are supposed to be six weeks on, three weeks off, but often extend to 7-9 weeks. Positives include weekly advances, prompt payment, no deductions for exceeding hours, highway routes, no forced overtime, and reimbursement for layover pay. Dispatchers are generally reasonable. The driver is actively seeking a better company and is unhappy"

"This company is decent. They hire drivers with no experience and assist with all the necessary paperwork and training. Pay is as promised. They are understanding of driver mistakes, which everyone makes. The team is made up of Russian-speaking individuals who are always willing to help with problems. A good place for first-time drivers."

"It's acceptable for beginners, but there's high turnover. New drivers are overworked, earning only €10 per day with no additional benefits. The truck fleet is small, with a mix of newer and used vehicles (around 250,000 km), and some have faulty hydraulics. Sometimes, trainees train other trainees. Pay is €500 on Mondays, with the remainder split across three Fridays. Code 95 training costs €300 for short courses and €700 for long ones, which feels like a rip-off. Drivers are held responsible for tire replacements. There's a lack of camaraderie; people are often dismissive or unhelpful. Rest hours are flexible and prioritized for the dispatcher's convenience. Allowance payments are inconsistent. There's a lack of individual consideration. Upon termination, the company demanded payment for items previously provided free of charge."
