The positives include navigating independently, being able to ask the manager for directions, long hauls, good routes (Sweden-Italy), varied routes (excluding Bulgaria to Portugal), an English line, leaving from the base, no eco-driving monitoring, fuel isn't deducted, minor vehicle or trailer damage is not deducted if repairable at the base, service is included, no deductions for Euro protocols (when the vehicle isn't damaged), pay for communication as there's no work phone or tablet, paid parking is allowed, showers and a washing machine are available on the base, there's secure storage for belongings, you can sleep in any truck if arriving early or departing the next day, no pallet exchange. Negatives include the boss trying to cheat on workdays, night driving, departures at 10 PM are normal, Sunday departures after a 24-hour break are common, the technical condition of trucks and trailers is poor, they are old and not maintained, resulting in unclean"
