"After working here for over a year, the company has significant issues. Pay is frequently delayed by a month. The schedule is demanding, often exceeding tachograph limits. Trucks often have issues, and trailers frequently have damaged flooring. Fuel consumption norms are strict, and there have been instances of withheld funds due to discrepancies. Unfavorable loads are assigned, and penalties are assessed for reporting errors. Night shifts are unpaid. Additional charges apply for loading/unloading, which is sometimes unfair. Hotel accommodations are not provided, and basic amenities are lacking. Parking is difficult and poorly lit. Overall, it's a disappointing experience and a lack of respect is felt."
"The company isn't bad initially, but operates exclusively under tachograph regulations. The advertised salary of up to 9000 złoty is inaccurate; pay depends on kilometers driven, essentially daily rates. Relations with drivers have deteriorated; even Polish drivers feel undervalued. Drivers must pay for their own hotel on base, and stays can be shortened mid-week or extended for 4-5 days. Many drivers, including Polish ones, have recently left. Current drivers are unsure about their pay, and there's a promise of payment by the end of March. It's recommended to speak with other drivers before joining for more information, as there are significant issues."
"I worked for this company briefly due to family circumstances. During that time, I formed some conclusions. Work is primarily within the Tahoe region. There's a bonus for fuel efficiency, and hotel rooms are provided. Salary is paid on time, based on freight, averaging 5,500 Polish zloty. Routes primarily use highways. The fleet consists mostly of Volvo Euro5/6 trucks, with a few DAF 5/6 models. The company's attitude towards drivers is normal. It's a good company, and I would return if possible."
"The work is based on freight rates, which says it all. This company is awful."
