If you miss a delivery, you must chip in and drive, and the company doesn't cover the costs, leaving the driver responsible. It's a chaotic situation where they do whatever they want. Pay ranges from 60-80 euros, which is exploitative, while local drivers earn 90-120 euros. Additionally, there are unexpected 24 and 45-hour layovers for truck and refrigeration maintenance or loading. I do not recommend this company."
