"Is this company even still in business?"
"I want to share my opinion about the management of this company, which doesn't pay its drivers or clients. If you don't want to be left without money, I strongly advise against working with them; recovering your funds will be a difficult and frustrating process. They owe salaries of $1100 for March 2021."
"I require the company to present documentation. I am Magherram Akhmedov. I worked two visas, each for three months. During two shifts, 129 days passed. I wasn't sent from the north to the south as planned. I wasn't provided with trucks. No remarks were made. I am grateful to Andrey. He is a logistics manager for Line Cargo Kare. I feel the same about Denis. Denis's last words were that, if it were his choice, he wouldn't have sent me anywhere. I resolved all issues myself during loading in Sweden and Germany. I speak German. I have 31 years of experience in Europe and 41 years of total experience. I saved every SMS from Andrey and Denis, such as 'thank you for the pleasant work.' Every morning, they would greet me with 'hello, how are you?' or 'good morning, how are you?' I have no complaints about them. The work is hard. However, Mr. Belov abandoned me for two months - February and March 2021. I filed a lawsuit and presented a bank statement. Mr. Belov secretly presented a forgery, as"
"The legal proceedings were unfair and biased in favor of the opposing party. The court disregarded my arguments and accepted fabricated evidence, including a forged document with my signature. The process felt predetermined and the judge seemed to favor the employer, resulting in a loss despite my claims."
"The manager called my employer and spread false rumors, demanding I be fired. The company tracks fuel usage with GPS on all trucks except mine, with the excuse that they trust me. I am the only driver with unlimited internet access across Europe. The driver environment feels like servitude. I advise Belarusians and Ukrainians not to interfere with Uzbeks integrating into Europe."
"The company has been around for 7 years or more and has remained stable, even during the pandemic. It's unlikely they would damage their reputation, so consider the positives before looking for negatives."
"Colleagues, why do you criticize the people who gave many of you the opportunity to obtain necessary documents and valuable work experience? With a proper and careful approach, you can work and earn at Mep Trans. I personally worked here for several years and have nothing to complain about; there were minor misunderstandings, but they were resolved successfully."
"I recently returned home and have been working for MEPtrans for three years. While I encountered a specific situation ('MPS' - those who understand will know), I would recommend this company to younger drivers. They offer a good training program with a starting wage of 52 euros and provide assistance with training. It's still the number one company in Estonia."
"This was my first time going to Estonia! What I liked about the conditions was the good pay; they pay what they say. Training for a plastic 95 certification is covered by future pay. You live on the base for free during this time. There are no re-ceps or pallet exchanges. I'm describing it in detail because I've worked with really bad companies before. But everything is known by comparison!"
"This was my first time driving to Estonia! I appreciated the good pay; they pay what they say. They're covering the cost of the plastic 95 certification with future pay. Free accommodation is provided at the base, and there's no pallet exchange. I'm detailing this because I've experienced some terrible companies in the past – it's all about comparison!"
"Avoid this company! They invent debts at the end of contracts to avoid paying drivers. They're now hiring Uzbek drivers for €40, which speaks volumes about the company's standards. Positive reviews are likely fake or from office staff exploiting drivers. Research companies thoroughly before joining; MeP Trans is not a good option. Sharing information helps prevent others from being deceived."
"This company is significantly worse than Girteka. Drivers are frequently shorted pay, sometimes waiting weeks to receive their money. There are issues with accidents and delayed wages, even when no accidents occur. The management is ineffective and dishonest. It was initially okay, but quickly deteriorated. Leaving the company is difficult and requires secrecy to avoid financial penalties. Avoid this company."
"This company wasn't created by a person named Denis Belov. He had two accomplices, Dmitry Mavrin (still serving Belov and pocketing money from drivers) and Olezhka Muravyev (left the company quickly, likely due to the heat). They all defrauded drivers, and this is still happening now, as I communicate with many who are still there. They believe it's a great company, but most are close associates who claim everything is fine. The reviews before mine are all true! I worked at MepTrans for a year and have been monitoring what's happening there ever since. Drivers are still being cheated, deductions are taken for everything, and it's a complete mess. Others have already described it all. I wish Belov, Mavrin, Muravyev, Berzin, and Aili would suffer consequences."
"Avoid this company. The dispatchers are rude and disrespectful, and there have been numerous issues with drivers being sent home without pay. Salary payments are delayed and incomplete, often withheld until the driver returns to work. Many former employees share similar negative experiences."
"This company, Mep Trans, is a scam. Pay starts artificially low at 54 euros per day, increasing to 58 after two two-month shifts (121 days). They constantly deduct money for minor damage, sometimes up to 500-800 euros. Pay is unstable, with frequent delays in advance and salary payments. Even when everything is accounted for, deductions are made. Drivers often wait weeks or even a month to receive their final pay, and some have been stranded abroad due to withheld payments and visa issues. Leaving the company is risky, as they may withhold final payments. High turnover, poor treatment, and legal disputes are common."
"The issues aren't specific to MepTrans, but rather depend on a driver's ability to perform their job correctly and have good professional training; safe driving is encouraged. There are minor unpleasantries, as with any company, but they are not significant. I can recommend our company to both novice and experienced responsible drivers!"
"I completely agree with Alexander, this company is awful."
