"This company is a dream for those willing to work for very little pay. (Referring to Maidovis, also known as Analecta)"
"Be cautious! This company is now called UAB Analekta. Avoid getting involved."
"This company is as bad as the reviews say. It's a waste of time and a very negative experience."
"They initially had payment issues, but the director resolved them and returned the money. There was some initial negativity due to emotions, but after discussion, everything was clarified. The company isn't bad; they don't push drivers away, and dispatchers are decent. I would have worked there if I didn't have other plans. If you decide to work there, try to establish a good rapport with management."
"I've been working here for over a year, and overall it's excellent. Once, a plastic box on the trailer was damaged, and I was charged 55 euros, which I consider reasonable since I didn't install it. The company is quite good; the workforce includes Belarusians, Ukrainians, Lithuanians, and a few Tajiks. They deduct around 300 euros from each paycheck for fines, but if there are no fines upon returning, the money is returned to your card. The trucks vary – some are older, some newer, and there are new Scanias. Drivers often damage trucks themselves and then blame the company for issues like tires or steering problems. If a truck were severely damaged, it wouldn't be sent out."
"While it's impossible to please everyone, this company generally seems quite good. Many drivers are satisfied, regardless of any disagreements."
"I read and heard things and want to add my experience. They promise everything you want to hear, like €60 or €65 per trip, but in reality, they pay what they want. In my case, I received €3700 without any explanation. The trucks are in terrible condition, and everything people write is true. I'm looking for drivers who have been harmed by this fraudster, Julius, to file a joint police complaint for fraud. My phone number is +37065691842, Roman."
"I once wanted to work for this company, but after driving 100 km, I was turned around. Perhaps it was for the best. If the trucks are old, there's nothing to be done. The owner doesn't want to buy new ones. A greedy dog! You'll only suffer, as proven by many companies with old junk!"
"The company is solid, earning a 4+ out of 5. The work environment is calm and drivers aren't pressured. There's a mix of newer and older trucks, including new Scania and MAN models. Truck condition varies depending on how drivers maintain them; I received a clean MAN. Overall, the company is good, and Lithuanian employees are present."
"I worked for this terrible company led by Yulichka! He's not a woman with balls, he's a man with issues. I know a driver who worked for three months to earn money for his wife's cancer operation, but the company didn't pay him. This also happened to me, two Ukrainians, and two Lithuanians. I don't recommend this company at all!"
"I agree with Roman, although Danila is partially right. I worked for a little over a year. The first period was smooth, with normal reporting and payment. The second period started with damage to the front tire on the protector (I bought a similar tire for $140, and received $70 back when I submitted the report - what was my fault?). Then things started going downhill: mileage discrepancies, pallet defects, all of which you only find out about when submitting the report. The trucks and trailers are a separate issue. My last assignment involved a new truck that got a 30cm crack in the windshield from a stone, plus a non-existent scratch = $500. Four drivers reported issues when handing over vehicles, and my arguments were dismissed. I refused to go on the next assignment, and of course, no one acknowledged the wall. Judge for yourselves. Good luck to everyone."
"The company initially seems good, but subsequent assignments involve nonsensical deductions. The dispatcher, Julius, is dishonest and takes money, often claiming fines from France to reduce payments. Upon arrival, drivers are charged fees that aren't reimbursed, leading to financial losses. The reviewer has been unable to receive their money for over two months."
"Contact them on WhatsApp for an honest assessment; this company isn't worth the effort."
"Worked only one contract period and wouldn't return. The work is brutal, with short runs, daily loading/unloading, and around 500 km driven daily. In six weeks, there were about 40 loads. They promised €60 per day but paid €52. Given the work, at least €70 per day is expected. Truck stops are often avoided, and in Europe, transportation is arranged by minibus with potential transfers. They don't haul food products. The trucks are older, 6-8 year old MANs with a few decent trailers. The company has around 20 trucks. AdBlue is disabled, but there are hidden buttons - failure to disable it can result in charges. Not recommended."
"No one returns to this company. I just needed Julius's phone number. He owes money."
"Guys, what do you think of this company? Is it good or not worth switching? They told me they pay 65 euros. Do they deduct fuel costs? Or is it better to not change anything?"
"Avoid this company. The trucks and trailers are old, and they deduct for everything. There are strict fuel norms, and you can be penalized €200 for discrepancies. They withhold €200 per contract for potential fines, which they don't return upon termination, resulting in a €400 loss. AdBlue is disabled in the trucks. Pay is very low, around €0.10 per kilometer in Poland and Lithuania. The director manipulates salaries, promising one thing and delivering another."
"The dispatcher keeps his word and pays on time, with no delays. There's a small deduction for camera fees, but it's reimbursed. Initially, the pay was €60, then €63, and now consistently €65. The company doesn't pressure drivers or penalize them. I've worked here for two and a half years and know many drivers from various countries who have stayed for extended periods, despite occasional issues with other drivers. While challenges with management exist on any job, my experience has been relatively calm and positive."
"The company damages equipment and hinders smooth shifts. Even transferring the vehicle to the next driver is difficult."
"I worked for this company last year, from December to August. Julius withheld 200 euros for fines and fuel overage. I drove the first leg. I was charged 200 euros for fuel overage. I went home, and on the second leg, I drove the same truck. The fuel consumption was the same for both me and another driver, but I didn't get the money back. For the third leg, I was assigned a run-down truck with bald tires on the trailer and play in the steering. Two trailer wheels blew out and the steering was severely damaged within a month. Vibration on the steering wheel. I was charged 580 euros. I sent Julius photos of the wheels when I received the truck. The trucks are old. If you miss something during the inspection, they'll charge it to you. The cost of parts increases by about double. I accidentally made a call from my work phone home for 9 euros, and he charged me 18 euros. It's like that with everything. Lithuanians were paid 75 euros without deductions, while Belarusians and Ukrainians are ch"
