"Patrick is a bit foolish, but that's minor. The main issue is the low pay; even with high mileage, drivers average a maximum of 50 euros per day, and sometimes less. Routes varied, including trips to Belbao, Portugal, and similar destinations, but pay remained around 50 euros."
"Driver morale has significantly declined, with disrespectful treatment and inadequate facilities like a single portable toilet. Dispatchers can unexpectedly send drivers home or reassign them to different trucks due to accidents. Truck handovers are rushed, often requiring drivers to find alternative lodging, which was especially difficult during the pandemic. Pay has decreased substantially, with deductions for fuel overconsumption. Fueling outside of Poland is problematic due to blocked cards and unavailable support. Drivers handle most loading and unloading issues, often facing significant delays. While pay is delivered in two installments, the reduced salary makes these inconveniences much harder to tolerate. High driver turnover creates a competitive environment for available positions."
"I've never complained about a company before, but at this one, I understood that several drivers were dismissed due to inadequate behavior. Even just two dismissals were enough to make me concerned."
"After 1.5 years, the company declined significantly after a change in dispatchers. Bribery is expected to receive full pay, and the dispatcher, Muntyan, is an alcoholic who brags about exploiting drivers. Dispatch delays are common due to a lack of drivers, and hiring practices have deteriorated. Overall, the company is a disaster."
"This company prioritizes profit over driver well-being. A recent driver tragically died on the road, and the company abandoned him, refusing any assistance and prioritizing the transport of his body back to Poland. It's essentially modern slavery. I strongly advise against working for them."
"This company is a terrible place, reeking of thieves."
"The company has declined significantly. It's now primarily staffed with Polish drivers who are closely aligned with the boss's preferences, and there's an increasing number of Ukrainian drivers. Pay is based on mileage, but it's decreasing due to the presence of Ukrainian workers earning 5000-6000 zł, and their lower wages are impacting overall pay. The company isn't paying fairly and is instead investing in new Scania trucks."
