"The first six months were good, but there are issues. Drivers doing Europe earn more, while domestic routes are difficult; incorrect pallet documentation can lead to deductions without proper explanation. Pay is based on mileage, typically between $2300-$3000. Drivers also unload at some warehouses. Reefer units operate 5-6 days a month, with pallet exchanges 3-4 times a month. Auto-halts are easy to use, and drivers choose their routes, which should be optimal. Routes primarily cover Czech Republic - Germany, with occasional trips to Belgium, Netherlands, and France. Vacation time is legally mandated, no cadence. Returning from vacation late resulted in a bonus deduction (half the salary). It's important to document location and mileage for potential disputes. Initially, the company promised European routes, but domestic routes are problematic. Document processing is lengthy, and pay starts from the contract signing date (around $700+ per month, 2-3 weeks with a code). Drivers are ass"
"Based on the comments, the company is excellent."
"This company exploits drivers, treating them like slaves without pay and falsely accusing them of theft. I worked there for over seven months and would not recommend it to anyone, even my worst enemy."
"The company only values loaders, and the trucks are old and rusty. It's difficult to earn money."
"Night loading and unloading are done by yourself, making it difficult to earn money. The trucks are old Euro 5 vehicles, all rusted and in poor condition. If you don't finish loading or unloading on time, you're put in 'OUT' mode and expected to continue driving. The common phrase is 'just drive, we'll figure something out on the spot.' Work hours can be extremely tight; I've often had just 5 minutes left to complete a shift or work week."
"I would not recommend working here. The trucks are old, and the treatment is like slaves. You won't receive more than 25,000-27,000 krona. You'll be working as a loader more than a driver, with daily shifts of 15-17 hours."
