"Expect little from a company where earnings are based on mileage and short-term contracts. It's a scam! The company is filled with inexperienced drivers. The owner gets rich while drivers struggle. They force drivers to rush and often have them loading/unloading for 13-14 hours. Advertised pay is 14,000 PLN, but it's misleading. There's a good team and high pay advertised, but there are delays in payment. Hotels are only for new hires. Getting to the location without a car is difficult, requiring a 50km taxi ride. This place is for those who blindly follow dispatchers and management."

"I work there on a friend's recommendation. He's been with the company for 6 years. We're generally satisfied. Of course, there are problems – every company has them."

"The company has significantly declined. Drivers are not valued, and unexpected returns to base are common, sometimes leading to month-long waits for assignments. Truck availability is a major issue, and the hostel is overcrowded. Many experienced drivers are leaving, and new hires often quit before their first run. Expect to haul loads with potential issues, with low pay rates. Pay is based on mileage and CMR, with occasional bonuses that are rarely paid. The guaranteed salary is unreliable. The company's current reputation is comparable to that of Henkelman or Girteka. Not recommended."

"There are reports that the company dismissed 80 drivers in November who didn't meet their standards, and they're hiring Indian drivers. Approximately 50 drivers are left without trucks at a hostel due to the company selling off many vehicles. A new director has started implementing changes and plans to purchase new equipment. If you're considering this company, visit the hostel across from the office; drivers there can provide a realistic perspective, unlike what you might hear from the company's recruiters."

"They consistently underpay wages and attempt to deceive drivers about money. There's a complete lack of truck maintenance. I do not recommend this failing company."

"Honestly, I'm fed up with this company! They count 3-4 daily deliveries as a single CMR, and I'm being paid like a fool for a full day's work at only 200 Polish Zloty. The trucks are truly as bad as people say – real junkers. I'm probably going to leave; it really feels like a dying company."

"I've been working here for 5 years and feel like we're going nowhere. LTL shipments and 2-3-4 unloadings are now standard. Pay is around 200 zł per CMR. We mainly haul pipes and insulation. They send us to remote locations, making it difficult to maneuver. The biggest problems are the unreliable service (even at the base, there's a 50/50 chance of getting repairs) and payment issues. Cash payments are common, and sometimes they delay payment, claiming it's been transferred to a card, requiring drivers to chase down the funds. Constant monitoring of every złoty is necessary. The main goal of the mechanics is to blame the driver for any damages, so all damages must be documented. Don't trust anyone; they promise anything to get you on the road, then everything goes back to normal."

"It's incredibly frustrating! There are constant issues with pay discrepancies, often with flimsy excuses like 'We forgot, tomorrow, soon.' It seems the executive director is also involved. With 450 trucks, underpayments of 50-100 euros to each driver are significant, lining the pockets of local management while neglecting logistics. I strongly advise avoiding this company."

"After three months, the work is generally good, with routes throughout Europe. Loads are typically 5-10 tons, occasionally 18 tons. Trucks and trailers are new, with an in-house service. A potential downside is frequent loading and unloading, sometimes daily. The cargo is usually light, secured with four straps. Salary is paid fully and on time, with a breakdown throughout the month. There are no issues with communication. Pay is reliable. Work hours are manageable, with potential fuel efficiency bonuses. A minor issue is weak batteries requiring multiple jump-starts on weekends."

"The reviews are accurate. Current employees are working under temporary conditions, which will change when their visas expire, leading to lower pay rates of around $7500-$7000 net. Not recommended for long-term employment; there are many hidden issues."

"I'm surprised by the negative reviews. My cousin brought me into the company. I've been working here for four terms – a home time schedule of two months and three weeks, and so far everything has been problem-free. I've never received any fines, and my pay is always delivered on time. I can recommend this company. My cousin is still working here."

"I was shocked after reading the reviews! I've been with this company for a year. Everything was calm when I visited the base. I had a minor issue with a wheel, but Robert resolved it. Initially, I drove a used Mercedes, but I was told I'd get a new truck after a probationary period. I was transferred to a new DAF truck after three weeks and have been driving it since. The work isn't easy and there are multiple unloading addresses, but I have something to compare it to, and the pay is acceptable. You get what you pay for; you have to work everywhere. People, be aware; it seems like competitors are trying to damage Mashon's reputation with fake reviews."

"I do not recommend this company. After working for over a year, they promised a minimum payment of 8,500 zl per month. The director, like everyone else in the company, turned out to be dishonest. He makes promises but avoids responsibility when confronted about the missing money, blaming managers. The result is always the same. They lure drivers with the promise of 9,000 zl per day. However, they don't specify that this is not a monthly salary but based on mileage at 200 zl per mile and 0.25 zl per kilometer. You'll earn 2,000 zl in the first two weeks, 9,000 zl in the second month (full month), and another 2,000 zl in the third month's two weeks, totaling 13,000 zl split over two months, resulting in 6,500 zl per month. This is the reality."

"The company has declined significantly. For Robert, Gosi, and Ola, lying became the primary way to explain pay discrepancies. Things were good initially, but for the last 1.5 years, drivers have been deceived, especially new ones. They make promises that seem too good to be true upon hiring. With their current payment system, you can realistically earn a maximum of $7500, or $9000 if you're lucky. Guaranteed pay is nonexistent; new rules are introduced monthly. They often bring up past incidents to justify deductions. Expect to be jumping between trucks for a month or two initially. Overall, it's a deceptive company trying to shift blame onto drivers. It's almost laughable."

"I worked for this company for a year and want to say they are thieves. The charges are unclear, and they deduct money for any scratches on the truck, regardless of who caused them. It feels like management sees drivers as victims to be robbed."

"This company is decent. Pay is based on mileage, but you can expect to earn at least 8000 Polish złoty. They pay on time, although they deduct 2000 if you go home, which is credited to your card upon arrival – a surprisingly convenient system. Relations are good. The downside is the lack of dormitory on the base, but they supposedly plan to resolve this issue by summer."

"I've worked here for almost a year. The company used to be decent, but now I don't recommend it. Drivers are constantly having money issues, especially regarding fuel costs. Tires are often underinflated, and pressure checks are done without the driver present. There are delays getting to work, and issues arise regarding vehicle damage and trailer damage. The service is poor; one colleague was stranded for 10 days during winter with no support. Many employees leave. There are only two beds for all drivers. Getting reimbursed for expenses is impossible, and pay is delayed significantly, with frequent underpayment. It's difficult to receive earned money."

"I've worked here for almost two years, but I strongly advise against joining now. Deception is rampant. They pay per kilometer and number of runs. Loading and unloading are counted as one trip. In December, most drivers experienced a 6-7 day standstill during the holidays. They promised to pay (they did in previous years), but they didn't. Now, finding work is difficult, with frequent downtime and falling salaries. Getting any service is a nightmare. Without autonomy in winter, just endure it. The director, Robert, even when admitting they incorrectly deducted money, won't return it. There are no living conditions. Drivers arrive by bus at night and sleep on the floor or chairs. There's one shower and toilet for the entire base. They openly say, 'If you don't like it, no one's holding you back; we have a queue of Ukrainian drivers.' They used to hire based on experience and language skills; now, they hire anyone. I and many colleagues I know are actively looking for new jobs. Today, Ma"

"I am still working here, but I plan to leave, as many of our Ukrainian colleagues do. They immediately deduct from the full salary; you receive around 45,000-50,000 złoty (approximately $7,500 - $9,000 USD) on hand for a month, and even that is paid in installments. Salaries of 8,000-9,000 złoty are rare. Overall, the company has many inconveniences and a lot of deception."

"I do not recommend this company. You constantly have to beg for your money, and when you finally get it, it's usually much less than you earned. Constant vehicle changes, nowhere to live on the base, no amenities. No one provides clear information about how much you are paid and for what. Hidden fees everywhere."
