They don't allow drivers to take legally required rest breaks. In Poland, drivers may be given a second chip and forced to drive under two, and if time is short for loading or unloading, they may be asked to remove the chip. Drivers constantly haul oversized loads without additional pay. Pay is always short by approximately 150 euros, even when everything appears correct."
