"This company is like any other in Poland – it has its quirks. I've been on long-haul runs for a few months, and I'm personally satisfied. Things can be inconsistent, but try working for other companies; you'll likely not find one where everything is perfect. The HR team is always helpful and willing to resolve issues. The work itself is fine, though tarp work is for those who avoid challenges. Long-haul driving isn't easy. Some drivers are overly demanding. They handle legal paperwork before you start and don't withhold your documents. There are some salary concerns, but they seem to be addressing them. Language isn't a problem if you have basic Polish or can use translation tools. Treat the employer with respect, and you'll be treated well – you can work with this company like any other, if you're willing to work."
"I worked for this company from January to February 2024 and never received a single payment. All positive reviews are fake. If you want to work for free, apply here. I contacted the company regarding my unpaid wages, but they said they couldn't help. There are no advances available. Please pay the money owed."
"I worked at this terrible company from September 1, 2023, to November 26, 2023. Four people were hired with me, and all were fired at different times without pay. The boss has a core group of informants who mislead new drivers about the company and pay. These individuals typically live nearby. I wasn't paid for the entire period and for the load. I worked a quarter of what I was owed while waiting for paperwork. Some drivers realized their mistake and left the next day or within a couple of days. Fuel is provided in the city, and I was unable to access it five times; I eventually went under a sign at my own risk. The office changes frequently, making it difficult to find accountability. You're told about pallet exchanges while loaded, but there are no pallet loaders, and you have to load 30 pallets on top of the cargo. Refusing results in deductions. Anyone praising this company is likely involved. I filed a complaint with the Labor Inspectorate."
"This is a terrible company. There's a constant problem with pay. The logistics manager, Michal, is failing at his job and forcing drivers to violate regulations. Avoid this company!"
"Reviews of this company are accurate: don't be fooled if you want to waste your time and money. I can explain my position regarding this company to anyone. Be aware that the company name is TRANSET... +48 536 174 806, and the numbers may change. Be cautious, colleagues."
"The company hasn't been able to pay the invoice for over a month, totaling 2460 PLN net for the completed service. Repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone have been ignored, and the initial inquiry was met with an arrogant response and referral to collections. I do not recommend."
"This company is terrible regarding pay and driver treatment. They don't care what you're hauling, send inexperienced drivers on routes, and getting paid is difficult – raises or bonuses are almost impossible. Leaving the company is a challenge, with constant excuses. Logistics with Ewalls is a disaster. While they do pay twice a month, there have been instances of delayed payments. They don't push drivers excessively, but it's only suitable for beginners for a short period (a month or two), as drivers quickly leave. Fuel stops are often in unsafe locations, and coordinates are inaccurate. The advertised pay is misleading, and referral bonuses require a lengthy commitment that most drivers don't fulfill. Overall, it's a disorganized operation."
"This company is very unreliable with high driver turnover. After six months, I experienced late payments and didn't receive my final paycheck, totaling €2000. I spoke with other drivers who warned me about similar issues. It seems the company's growth is based on failing to pay drivers."
"This company is a scam. They tell stories during hiring. The trucks are old, with over 700,000 km, lacking navigation and work phones. Logistics and mechanics are Polish, with Ukrainian and Belarusian employees; the Poles don't work. The maximum daily wage is 75 euros, with no advances. Salary is paid in Polish Zloty. The company has curtains, tanks, and refrigeration units. The base is located in a poor area. Drivers refuel with chip cards. Drivers pay for fuel and pallet theft. Drivers must have their own navigation, internet access throughout Europe, and money for initial expenses. I advise avoiding this company. They have up to 100 trucks and various routes, such as DHL to Switzerland. They don't hire trainees."
"The advertisement stated openings for both flatbed and curtainside trailers. I contacted them and confirmed I was interested in flatbed work. They requested my documents, and I was told everything would be ready in four weeks. After two and a half weeks, I noticed the company was actually Nemo and only offered curtainside trailers. Four weeks passed, and I received a message from HR (after only a few days of working, knowing nothing about employment) asking when I would arrive."
"This company is terrible. The accommodations were filthy. Trucks are old, pay varies greatly among drivers, payments are often delayed, and deductions are taken for everything. Overall, this is a zero-star, bottom-tier company."
