"This is a decent company. Pay is reliable. The equipment is generally in good condition, ranging from 7-8 years old to newer models. They have both semi-trucks and 3.5-ton vehicles. Dispatch handles all assignments and communication. Interaction with management is limited to the contract signing. Termination notices are delivered by the dispatcher without explanation."
