"The contract was a sham, with pay received off the books and deductions of 2000 Polish Zloty taken from each paycheck. The company doesn't pay taxes and doesn't provide PIT-11 forms. Drivers are sent to Poland on 45-ton trucks without compensation. In case of accidents, 2000 Zloty are deducted regardless of fault. I was terminated despite good fuel efficiency, and vacation pay was not provided. The trucks are generally okay, but sometimes lack necessary fluids. Former drivers haven't received owed payments."
