Over 30 days, I drove 13,750 km, but was paid 12,700 zl instead of the promised 13,500 zl due to eco-driving penalties. Fuel consumption discrepancies and strange remote adjustments to eco scores occurred. Drivers are frequently assigned different vehicles, often finding them faulty, leading to two days of repairs without pay. Departures are typically late evenings with long distances to the border, earning minimal pay (30-40 zl for the entire day). There are unfair fines for minor issues like tire pressure or trash disposal. Upon accepting a vehicle, noting pre-existing tire issues was ignored, and later revealed to have significant cracks. The company is financially struggling, and drivers face unexpected penalties and broken promises regarding bonuses."

"The company has become a bureaucratic nightmare. They deduct money for everything: ELD, Trimble, receipts (claiming they couldn't find them), tire pressure below 9 PSI, and more."

"I worked here for two years and will be leaving. Initially, everything was great, with a salary of 12,500 per month for the first month, a hotel for one day, and auto-hoses. The treatment of drivers was respectful. However, the cabs on the DAF CF trucks are terribly uncomfortable, and my back will probably hurt forever. Then I switched to a 3/1 schedule, with a salary of 9,000-9,500. The last month was 7,000 for 24 days. It's a disaster. They pay peanuts in Poland, around 75 zloty per day. Everything has rapidly deteriorated in 2023. They invented fines for allegedly low tire pressure (-300 zloty). Failure to send a photo of the SIM card (-300 zloty). They give out gloves costing 1 zloty for three months! Currently, I strongly advise against working here."
