"This company operates poorly towards both clients and drivers. I strongly advise against doing business with them. They frequently transfer loads between trucks, violating temperature regulations. They deduct money for work permits, licenses, and even minor scratches on the windshield. Drivers aren't paid for downtime or travel days, and are forced to violate work/rest schedules. They transport ADR goods without proper authorization and equipment, leading to potential fines. Home visits involve card confiscation, and unreasonable deductions are taken upon termination. It's a constant surprise what will be deducted. Management's treatment of employees is appalling."
