You're assigned a mentor who constantly finds fault – too fast, too slow, distance too close, too far. They do everything to get you fired. Most of the other drivers have left, almost everyone is terminated. It seems like a pyramid scheme, with a constant turnover of people, while they get new trucks and extra money. I've seen this before. I was deemed unsuitable, despite having millions of miles driven. I don't know if I'll get paid or not. I'm waiting, they said it will be in a month. They tried to make me sign a mutual agreement. I refused, and they had to pay for my waiting time. They rewrote the papers and fired me for not being a goo"
