Management avoids direct answers to questions and has withheld full pay in the past, promising payment on a future trip. The condition of the trucks varies; repairs are difficult to obtain. Dispatchers are mostly decent. Home time is reasonable, with a minimum of 6 weeks, though shorter durations can be negotiated. Battery issues and requests to purchase jump cables sometimes occur. Overall, the company is good as long as things go smoothly, but mistakes are penalized."

"The company has significantly declined. It's now a terrible place to work, focused on squeezing money from drivers to support unproductive staff. They've implemented eco-driving policies that are used to unfairly withhold pay. Mechanics are incompetent, and drivers are blamed for all issues. The company has hired many Uzbek drivers, and the management is inadequate. There's high turnover, and promises of bonuses for good eco scores are not honored. I worked there for three years but am now glad to have left and advise against working here."

"The company used to be decent, but now they've switched from trucks to vans in Europe. There are constant deductions for fuel, minor accidents (not the driver's fault), and incorrect pay calculations. They even deducted €700 for fuel theft after 500 liters were stolen and charged €150 for a scratch. Responses to questions are evasive. Compared to Girteka, it feels less safe. The issues stem from the management team: Gediminas, Andrey, and Valentas. I would not recommend this company; I left after a year."

"This company is awful. They promised a vehicle for departure and return from Vilnius, but the pay was lower than my previous job due to the base departure. Instead of a vehicle, they use a bus for both arrival and departure. Don't be fooled by the recruiters. They'll paint a beautiful picture, but you'll be driving national routes where wait times are ignored. They initially used rental vans to transport drivers, and now they have their own. Be cautious of Magneta Logistick and Magneta ihr transportas."

"I've been driving with Magneta for several years and have nothing but positive things to say. The trucks are well-maintained, routes primarily cover Western Europe (excluding England and Norway), and management is respectful, keeping their promises. They don't pressure drivers to violate regulations, ensuring compliance which is crucial when working in countries with strict penalties. The only recent downside is being transported to work in a minibus, which is less ideal than starting directly from Vilnius. However, this minor inconvenience doesn't outweigh the positives, and I have no intention of looking for another company."

"I've been with this company for six months, and everything is satisfactory. My initial manager was Yelanta, and later Arthur, both were communicative and provided information promptly. Relay drivers are always on time. They replace drivers in vans that often hold four people, and pay starts from the moment you board the van. Overall, the team is good, and I have nothing negative to say. I would recommend it."
